Dinner can be the most calorie consuming meal of the day. It took me some time to realise it. Imagine if you had you lunch at 2:00pm, you leave your body without fuel for longer than 15 hours!

Don’t think that if you just sleep, you don’t need energy. You body makes enormous amount of work while you sleep. If you don’t support it, you end up with upset digestive system, decreased metabolism (as it is in a saving mode), and huge sugar and fat craving next day.
